Rental Policies

Rental Duration

Choose from two rental period options:

  • 4-Day Rental
  • 6-Day Rental

Day 1 begins on the day the dress is picked up from the showroom.

Rental Fees & Payments

  • All rentals must be paid in full before the dress leaves the store.
  • Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Damage & Loss Policy

  • Renters are responsible for returning gowns in the same condition as received.
  • Minor wear and tear (e.g., small stains, loose threads) may incur a cleaning or repair fee, determined at the discretion of Gown To Go.
  • Significant damage, irreparable harm, or non-return will result in a charge up to the full retail value of the gown.
  • Gown To Go reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and determine applicable charges.

Unauthorized Alterations

  • Cutting, sewing, or permanently altering any gown is strictly prohibited.
  • Any unauthorized alteration will result in a charge for the full retail value of the gown.

Late Returns

  • A daily late fee of $50 will apply for each day past the return date.
  • If a gown is 7 or more days late, it is considered a non-return, and your card will be charged the gown’s full retail value (minus any late fees already paid).
  • There are no grace periods or extensions. Returns are due by 12:00 PM on the final day of the rental period.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If a cancellation is made prior to pickup, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of management.
  • No store credit will be issued once the rental period has begun.

Signature Requirement

All renters must sign this agreement digitally or in person before the gown is released.

  • Full retail replacement cost for gowns that are significantly damaged, lost, stolen, or not returned
  • Fees for non-returned packaging or accessories
  • This authorization applies even if the renter does not separately approve each charge at the time it is incurred.
  • Gown To Go reserves the right to initiate these charges without further notice if the renter violates the terms of this agreement.

  • In the event a reserved gown becomes unavailable, Gown To Go will make reasonable efforts to offer comparable alternatives. No refunds will be issued due to unavailability; store credit may be offered at the discretion of management.
